Sit on the small balcony and enjoy to shimmering water views across Westernport Bay.
The L-shaped lounge is new and very comfortable to relax in whilst watching the large flat screen tv or dvd. The unit has electric bar heater. Electric cooking appliances, microwave and even coffee pod machine, along with everything else needed is in the kitchen, which has a breakfast bar with 3 stools.
There are 2 large bedrooms, one has a queen bed and the other a bunk and single bed.
The bathroom and laundry are combined and include a shower, basin, toilet and washing machine.
One car space is also available.
Public bbq's are located a short distance away on The Esplanade by the beach.

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation.
You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.
