“The listing is misleading. It is not an apartment as advertised; it is a tiny home. The property was not clean, with spider webs throughout the room, and the air conditioner was covered in dust. Overall, this was the worst stay I've experienced.”

“It's a single room with a fold out divider for the toilet, the shower was full of bugs when I got there and doesn't even drain properly because the drain is lopsided. The kitchen sink drains onto the floor and the hot and cold water is mixed up. The biggest issue is the place smelled like cigarette smoke and something else that gave us constant migraines. The tiny home was clearly built quickly and poorly to try to make money off poor people who can't afford real hotels.”

“We were passing through Georgia on our way to Alabama and found this gem. It was perfect for us and our Yorkie. Everything was great and our host was outstanding!!! She made us feel so welcomed. I would not have changed a thing about our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful and the guest suite was spotless and well stocked. Would recommend 100%. ”

“Loved the property. My (Chicago) suite was Cozy, clean and just as the pictures show. Very peaceful and zen. Loved the acres and access to nature and room for my dog. Host was great and available at all times , quick with responses and open communication. Would definitely stay again.”

“I couldn’t believe how reasonably priced the property was so was a bit leery, but it was such a nice property. Took care of our large family comfortably and was a nice play to recharge the batteries. Demi was very communicative and quick to respond when we had questions or general comments. It is obvious she takes pride in her property. The cleanliness was top notch, the listing was great but the property was even greater. Would book again without hesitation.”

“Stay was fine close to everything. Driveway was always full and hard to get of. One of the recliners was broken. And there was weird noises all night long loud noises no walking just mechanical noises . Other than that everything was good”
