We especially enjoyed the lake front views from the very large back deck to enjoy our morning coffee. The dock on the lake was a great place to unwind and launch the provided kayaks from. “There were so many great amenities, we didn't even get to all of them! The hosts thought of everything to make the stay there just like home (but even better!). The house was spacious enough that even 11 people had space to spread out. My kids spent most of their time in the game room or outside. “This is an unusually attractive, perfectly clean property in a beautiful setting, within an easy drive of all sorts of outdoor and cultural activities. However, I must mention that, though the house is listed as accessible, there is a rather steep ramp up to the deck, with a step required to get into the house. “We were looking for a quiet getaway that both parents and kids will enjoy. It was perfect. Nice cozy cabin, with plenty of firewood for an indoor and outdoor fire at the pit. “Communication with Vivi was great. Stayed here with a friend for a writing retreat, and it was everything I'd hoped for. The cabin is set on a hill overlooking the valley. Wonderful fire pit and excellent stargazing. Very generous wood supply. Cabin was rustic and clean with comfortable beds. Recommend bringing your own cooking equipment if you plan on cooking, the kitchen lacked some basics including a cutting board and a larger skillet.
