Ti an dour, entre terre et mer

Cocoonr agency offers this charming 90 m² house with wifi for rent, between land and sea, which can accommodate up to 6 travellers. It has a lovely 30 m² living room, fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 200 m² garden. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels).

The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 30 m² open-plan living room with a fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
-A lounge
- A shower room
-Separate WC

On the first floor:
-Bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190cm)
-One bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190cm)
- One bedroom with 2 single beds
- A bathroom with bath

Outside area :
- A beautiful 200 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in the quiet market town of Crac'h, close to the beaches of the Gulf of Morbihan, 5 minutes from the rivers, close to the shops and market in the market town, the hiking trails (GR34) and cycle paths of the Gulf of Morbihan and 5 minutes from La Trinité sur Mer with its lively entertainment.
- Port Biren beach 10 minutes away by car
- La Trinité-sur-Mer is 8 minutes away by car
- Carnac is a 15-minute drive away

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garage and private car park.

Problème électrique le 4 ème jour, pas de poubelles jaunes,bio et ramassage communale donc distribution dans les poubelles des voisins.Lit bébé facturé par rapport au prix de la location c'est un peu abusé.Ce sont des choses essentielles dont on doit trouver dans une location de ce niveau. Dont acte.Cordialement.
