「The only positives of the property is its size and location. Property not clean and left after an issue with some sort of flies swarming in one of the bedrooms. Expedia was informed of cleanliness issues after check in and would supposedly inform host. Never heard from host until after they were informed of check out immediately after issue with flies. I certainly would not recommend staying there.」

「This was THE most adorable place I've ever stayed in a rental! I had my kids with me and the proximity to the river to fish and swim was a huge selling point. Then you get the hot tub and TREE HOUSE sauna for the cherry on top! I only gave 4 stars for the description because I didn't look closely enough and thought the futon was an additional bed.10/10 would recommend!」

「Tyler was an incredibly gracious and attentive host. The tiny house was very modern and had all the amenities we needed for a couple of days’ stay. That said, accommodating 3–4 people is definitely pushing the comfort limits of the space if you’re not sharing beds. The grounds and outdoor amenities were beautiful, adorned with string lights that created an enchanting ambiance, especially with the river and mountains in the background. One slight drawback was the cleanliness of the hot tub, which...
