「This place was bad the lobby is very nice the first person that was there was kind. However the hot tub is very dirty sand and nasty on the bottom also not hot it was luke warm. Then we go to the room we rented a king bed suite with hot tub in the room. For my daughters birthday. Went into the room and found bugs all over we went to the front desk and asked for a refund. They kept trying to get us to switch rooms. I told them no I was not interested because if there were cockroaches in one room...

「Beds are way to firm which I had backache and beds were too tall in height which we had to jump up. Breakfast was more like snacks not an actual breakfast. The rooms were very clean though.」

「Unfortunately after checking in, discovered a bed bug and contacted Expedia for refund as there was no way we were staying there. The front office was already closed and Expedia hasn’t been able to get ahold of the hotel to get my money refunded. It’s been almost a week and no update on status. I wanted to support since it’s a veteran owned business but service response has been terrible and the cleanliness was less than desired.」
