Sister to the Oyster Cottage (wheelchair accessible, vrbo#3508084). Cute, cozy, and comfortable…..Enjoy the convenience of Pelican Cottage in the heart of Crawfordville. We love pets, but we’re not accepting pets at this time. St. Marks, Shell Point, and Panacea are just south, and St. George/Apalachicola are one hour west. Tallahassee is 30 minutes north.
Taste of Mexico and Subway are across the street, and Myra Jean's, Lex & Roll, and the Breakfast Station are just a short drive. If you love coffee like we do, try Atlas or Wild Ox. Enjoy seasonal Meyer lemons, kumquats, blueberries, crab apples, pears, persimmons, & figs from the orchard.
Paddle the spring fed Wakulla River from TNT canoe rental or visit Wakulla Springs State Park for a step back in time. St. Marks Wildlife Refuge and Lighthouse are also close by and a popular saltwater fishing spot. Cool off swimming in beautiful clear Emerald Sink off Lighthouse Road.

This was our 3rd time staying at the Pelican Cottage. My kids ( 9/11 ) love the cornhole boards, the mini golf, and the ring toss games. The cottage is always clean and well stocked. We love the close proximity to Shell Point and the beaches. 10/10 and will be staying there again on our next trip to town.

Cute comfy cottage

The rental process was easy! The hosts promptly answered questions and had everything you need available. VERY welcoming!!This rental was located just down the road from family we were visiting, so the location was perfect! It is a clean comfortable little house that was perfect fir our needs. The stay was wonderful. Beautiful property in a great location. The small orchard was a nice touch. A unique plus was the available refreshments upon arrival. Much needed. The host were magnificent. The changes to my stay(Due to the arrival of my grandchild)that I needed was flawless and made easy. There is no doubt I will book again.
