"Hot tub was great, not super hot but just right. We thought this was a stand alone home but it’s actually a condo. The fenced in back patio helps to make you feel more secluded. Great are close to town, house had everything we needed, very clean and comfortable. We had the wrong Door code upon arrival but a quick call with the property mgmt and we were able to get in. We also couldn’t get the pilot to light in the fireplace but the maintenance guy came to light it for us. It was a great stay!"

"We had a wonderful stay in the cabin! The host was very accommodating, even with our short notice of booking the cabin. It is in a wonderful location for walking around to all the fun things in the town of Ruidoso. The hot tub was very nice and clean. The place was stocked with all the kitchen things we needed as well. Highly recommend."

"Had a great view of the mountains. Room was very clean and the beds where excellent. We did not swim bit the pool and spa look very well maintained. Will definitely stay there again. "

"Check-in instructions were timely and detailed. The code for the front door did not work, but someone answered immediately when I called and was able to help me over the phone. The house is ok, a little outdated and run down. The yard is amazing!!! We had deer and elk in the backyard. Appliances could be updated. location to activities was perfect! 3 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, 1 bedroom has the bathroom immediately across the hall. The 5th bedroom is a bit of a stretch, it is more like a wide hallway with a day bed and high chair. It might work for kids, but does not offer a lot of privacy for adults. Over all, we had a great time and the yard more than made up for the quirks of the house. "
