「This property was easy to find and not far off the highway, but far enough that traffic noise was not a problem. There is a grocery and a gas station just down the road. Also a really great Malt Shop that also serves burgers. The town Visitors Center is just across the street and they had all kinds of maps and info about the area. The employee there was friendly and knowledgeable.
Check in was a breeze as the hosts sent us a digital code for the door lock and we we able to just walk in.

「Gary and Jody's house is awesome. I have enjoyed to stay during my vacation. The property is very clean and amenities are well equipped. Gary is easy to reach out and very quick response back. I have appreciated their preparations and hospitality. Definitely, I will stay again if I visit Pagosa Springs again.」

「Nice place once you find it. Dangerous access off a busy state highway without road signs. Dicey every time
We turned in and pure danger as we searched for the road sign that did not exist. Can be a nice place but several minor things have to be done first to make it worthy of a revisit.」
