The entire property went through an innovative restoration project, completed in 2022, using environmentally sustainable practices. The renovation brings together contemporary comforts and luxury amenities while at the same time salvaging and celebrating the historical architectural features of the building.



Authenticity is achieved using natural materials such as terracotta, stone and wood, while the extra-large windows and high ceilings typical of the local farmhouse enhances the Cascina charm. This unit is on 2 levels, measures about 110 square meters, and is composed on the ground floor of a large living room with plenty of comfortable seats and a double sofa-bed, dining area with open plan kitchen, on the mezzanine floor reachable through a beautiful wrought iron and wooden staircase of a large double bedroom with a 180x200cm bed and a nice bathroom with a Italian shower. The whole apartment has large floor to ceiling windows that open onto the equipped garden and bring a lot of natural light into the apartment all year round.



The technological equipment of the property includes air conditioning, independent heating system, free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Bluetooth speakers and other basic appliances. Residence amenities include free car parking, reception office, laundry and large common outdoor areas designed to socialize with other guests and local staff.
