"It was the best intro to Lake Arrowhead in terms of accomodation. The view was amazing! The sea of clouds cam be seen right at the balcony or your windows. I also love how soft the bed and pillows were. And the place is in walkable distance to Eddie Lou's pizza. Very well situated."

"First time at this facility and it did not disappoint. The staff we interacted with were all friendly, professional, and helpful. Emily at the front desk when we checked in was very accommodating (we got in a little early). Even the maintenance guy stopped what he was doing and showed me where the ice machine was (there were no signs that I saw). They had another maintenance guy doing spot paint touch ups which shows the care they have for the property. Pool and hot tub were clean and nice. The outdoor seating areas were very nice to relax and chat. Breakfast was good, a little crowded when we went, but still hot and fresh. The coffee was very hot, and ok for hotel coffee. Only draw back for us was that the bed was a bit hard, and the mattress could use a rotation. Our room was very spacious with vaulted ceiling up stairs, and a ceiling fan, with good sitting area. We make frequent visits to this area and this was one of our best stays. Conveniently located and plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance for basic essentials."
