8/10 Good

"This is an older property that hasn’t been updated in a long time but it is still in really good shape. The beds were very comfy, the rooms were quiet and the room was clean. The shared areas could have done with a vacuum, but they weren’t bad. Staff was super friendly and it felt very safe. Hot tub was out of order. Pool was warm. Very bare bones continental breakfast, but it’s better than nothing. Parking was great. We got a spot right in front of the front door every time. We actually really enjoyed our stay."

"First thing I noticed was Expedia over rated the property resulting in booking a property I regretted. The entry area to the room needed cleaning and maintenance. We opened the door to the room, the window was open and air conditioner was running set at 65. There was a bad smell in the room so it appeared they were trying to air out the room. We had to leave to see family. I received a email from Super 8 asking if there was anything they could help with. I responded with the smell in the room. Never got a response. We got back to the hotel after 8:00. I went right to where we checked in and told the gal about the room. I asked her to go smell the room. She said she was the only one there and couldn’t leave. I asked for another room. She said she there wasn’t another room available. She said she would let her manager know. I went back to the room and now noticed how dirty and beat up the room was. Dust on every flat surface except counter height. Split dirty moulding in the bathroom. Drain plug pulled out. Stained tub and shower curtain. Dusty light fixtures. Smoke detector missing. Minimal breakfast. We got up early and left. No one at the counter when I dropped off keys. Does Expedia look at prperties????"

"Hands down one of the worst hotels i have ever walked into. Our non smoking room had the maintnence staff in it watching TV in a cloud of cigarettes when we walked in. Got another room upstairs that the Air conditioning did not work, lights half worked, and the bed had hairs in the pillows. AVOID AT ALL EXPENSE!!!!!"

"The place is nasty , dusty, I slept in the couch, I woke up with severe skin rashes, I though my unit will have kitchen, no kitchen, when I asked they said their all taken, while you can clearly see vacant units. We have only one chance to order from the restaurant, the restaurant prices are astronomical. The only good thing is the landscape. Never ever go back there again."
