「Me and my boyfriend had a great experience staying at this hotel for our quick 3 day trip to visit. Would definitely stay at this hotel again!」

「We absolutely LOVED the hotel. Friendly staff, warm ambiance, and an extremely comfortable bed. The only downside is the train is nearby. It didn’t really bother me, but if you’re a light sleeper it may be an issue. Other than that, no problems. I’d definitely stay at this hotel again. 」

「Beautiful hotel with a great pool. Very central and close to everything. Location is perfect. Our only issue was with housekeeping. We were there for 3 nights and housekeeping didn't clean our room for 2 days. After we specifically asked for clean towels and to tidy the room, they came but left us with no towels and we had no soap left. The hotel is perfect, but I suspect housekeeping on the 2nd floor had an issue. 」

「Staff and everyone we encountered were super friendly. We were aware of the noise from Beale street. Enjoyed the sound sometimes and the provided earplugs and comfy beds I slept great. Super location for walking to things during the day and appreciated access to secure parking. I don't like elevators in general, but only one runs and it does not sound the best either. It seems from reviews it has never worked. Our room seemed clean and taken care of. The view was of back alley of Beale street...

「The room (which had a kitchenette) was very spacious. At first glance, it seemed like a lovely place. Then, with more inspection, it turned out that it wasn't so lovely. The were numerous outlets but a few of them were not working. The chairs at the kitchenette counter were too short for the counter. One of the towel racks in the bathroom (the one by the wash basin) was broken. Overall, the place didn't seem well-maintained. However, the staff was efficient, friendly, and helpful, both at...

「I was a little apprehensive having read recent reviews but we had an excellent stay. A very warm welcome and easy valet parking. Room was comfortable and clean. Good shower and daily housekeeping on request. Very good breakfast with a lot of choice and, again, very friendly and helpful staff. Ideally situated with a tram stop outside the rear entrance of the hotel but also walkable to Beale Street. 」
