「It was a lovely house that had everything one could need. The lake is feet away with a fenced in yard. The backyard was also a secluded spot with tons of birds. Bed was very comfy and everything was super clean. Previous renters left items to enjoy, so there were extras. Two items to know- 1. There is a home preschool next door. It wasn’t too noisy, but you will hear kids when they head outside.2. I’m 6’ and some of the furniture was lower to the ground than normal. It made getting up a bit...

「Nice cozy trailer. Fine for one person, but a l a bit tight for two. Stayed there two nights. The first night was very nice. As was the next morning and the second night. However, the next morning was a disaster.
I was in the middle of my shower when the water started sputtering. I managed to rinse most of the soap off my body. I was not able to wash my hair. I messaged the owner several times about the situation, but got no reply. So I had to go to my meetings that day with dirty hair.

「Nadia’s property was very clean and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. The beds were comfortable. She had tons of Keurig pods and different teas. There were sweet snacks and candies out when we arrived. The distance to drive from Sleepy Hollow to the property then to West Point from the property the next day wasn’t bad at all. Nadia was prompt in getting back to us if we had a question. We would definitely stay here again!」

「Conveniently located and clean with an easy parking lot. The place was fine, but a pretty big disparity between the listing, professional feeling web interface, huge deposit and real life.
Ultimately, it was ‘fine’ - comfortable and served the purpose for our trip. The coffee bar (Keurig with plenty of pods) and coffee pot was nice to have, but there was ONE coffee mug, two disposable cups, and one travel mug that seems to have been left behind. This was so odd since coffee bar is literally...

「This property looks NOTHING like those very nice photos they show. It’s unkempt and actually dirty inside. The clerk was working behind bulletproof glass. The parking lot has numerous people hanging around. There are signs warning of human trafficking as you go in and also in the dingy lobby. The clerk actually told me that I didn’t have to stay there if I didn’t want to, because the ‘vibe’ of the place had changed since it changed ownership. I took his advice and left and now I’m trying...
