Nice Stay

Overall the facilities were fine for the price paud. Our standard room was quite small. Surprisingly no views from this hotel despite the beautiful location. Spa was also nice but not overwhelming.

Room is nicely decorated and clean. well priced. Internet is fast which is very very rare in French hotels so I really appreciated that. The food is not great , the staff English is limited. cleaning crew refused to hand wash my clothes - said they were busy though they said they do laundry (even though I said I would pay) . They also didn’t change my towel twice though I put it on the floor like indicated in the signs . Also funny garbage smells in the garden and in the corridor

Hôtel très moyen concernant la propreté des chambres, rapport qualité prix trop cher n est pas à la hauteur d un 3 etoiles ,aucun mail pour avertir la clientèle du manque de climatisatisation, petit déjeuner correct mais manque d organisation personne pour accueillir les clientsc est la débrouille( pas de plateaux à disposition) n est pas recommendable

Weekend du nouvel an

Séjour weekend du nouvel an. Hôtel propre en général. Chambre 219 simple machine a café dispo mais avec des capsules a particulières payante le lendemain. Pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre étonnant pour un 3 étoiles. Accès SPA payant 10euros même pour résident de l'hôtel mais jacuzzi en panne.(triste) Les soins (massage) de bonne qualité d'après mon épouse. Le petit déjeuner continental convenable. Le restaurant bonne adresse et pour le réveillon vraiment bon bravo au chef. Et merci a Sabine qui nous a bien accueilli et régler quelques petits soucis.

Très agréable séjour, même si c'est toujours trop court, le personnel est très serviable, aimable, que ce soit les femmes de chambre, le service de réception, le barman, les serveurs et serveuses du restaurant et sans oublier la dame du petit dej qui est très gentille, tous sont adorables et à vos petits soins. Le lieu est calme, joli, il y a la vue sur les montagnes, la piscine extérieure est chauffée, on passe un très bon moment. Je recommande. Merci.

Les chambres mansardees du 2eme sont sombres. Le support de douche nous est tombé dessus . Poubelle avec couvercle cassé. Personnel aimable . Restaurant super. Piscine OK. Parc autour de l'hôtel agréable.
