La Bédinière is a half-timbered house (open since 2013, classified 3 ears), 'emblematic of SOLOGNE' located less than 5Kms from the Parc de CHAMBORD and not far from the other Châteaux of the Loire (Blois-Cheverny-Chaumont-Chenonceau- Amboise-Beauregard ...). Bike ride (Châteaux by bike circuits, Loire by bike) in the magnificent region of 'SOLOGNE'. Close to Center Parc and the BEAUVAL zoo. Natural swimming in Mont-près-Chambord.
Possibility of ticketing packages at negotiated rates.
Located 700m from the typical Solognot village, on a wooded plot. The cottage is ideal for 6 people (possibly 8) with 3 beautiful independent bedrooms equipped with large bedding.
On the ground floor, you will find:
 - a dining room (farm table) with living room, sofa bed for 2 people. Flat screen TV. Oak beams and staircase characteristic of Sologne.
- an open kitchen fully equipped with new dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, extractor, fridge-freezer and small appliances.
- bathroom with 2 natural stone basins and a large shower.
- separate wc.
- 1 bedroom with beams (double bed of 160) and closet.
Upstairs:
 - 1 bedroom with double bed of 160 and a wardrobe + TV
 - 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90 convertible into a large bed of 180 and a wardrobe.
- a bathroom with natural stone basin + WC.
Free WIFI connection.
'REGIONAL' Welcome Box offered for a week's stay.
Sheets provided free of charge.
Towels for € 5 / person / stay. Cleaning fee on request (50 €)
Outside:
 - a large table with chairs and armchairs in the shade of the trees allows you to take meals (and aperitifs !!!) in all tranquility. Barbecue.
Discover the SOLOGNE wild fauna (deer slab close to the cottage), the ponds and its inhabitants. All the charm of the Pays de Raboliot.

En pleine nature - merveilleuse

La maison est bien équipée, rien ne manque. Les lit son grands est commodes. Le propriétaire très sympathique. La région est belle: Chambord, Blois et les autres châteaux tout près. La Sologne est sauvage, belle. Nous étions très contents.

A lovely rural cottage

A lovely cottage in beautiful surroundings. Furnished and equipped to a high standard. The beds were comfortable and everywhere was clean. Guy was very helpful regarding some local information and considerate for our comfort. The location was perfect for exploring Chambord . We highly recommend this cottage and would love to return.

Propriété confortable et chaleureuse. La documentation y est abondante, le gérant et le propriétaire, sympathiques. Une semaine ne suffit pas pour faire toutes les activités proposées. Schönes alleinstehendes Ferienhaus

Das Haus hat drei Schlafzimmer mit angenehmer Größe. Wir waren nur zu zweit. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und der Wohnessbereich sehr angenehm eingerichtet. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig. Der nächste Supermarkt Super U liegt 10 km entfernt. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden.

Excellent séjour dans un cadre très verdoyant

Nous avons logé durant une semaine à la Haute Bédinière : il y a deux Bédinięres, la Haute et la Basse mais elles sont identiques et distantes de quelques dizaines de mètres l'une de l'autre sans être trop proches pour autant. Ce gite de vacances est très agréable et confortable. On se sentait presque dans la forêt vu que le gite est entouré de nombreux arbres tout en étant juste à côté de la route . Cependant il y fait très calme. Accueil très sympathique par monsieur Navellou qui est certainement amoureux de la région vu les conseils fort utiles qu'il nous a prodigués afin de visiter au mieux les nombreux sites et châteaux des environs. C'est certain on recommandera la Bédinière autour de nous et on y reviendra certainement lors d'un prochain séjour dans la région.

Sehr schönes Haus, ruhig gelegen. Von hier aus sind zahlreiche Freizeitaktivitäten möglich. Sehr gut ausgebautes Radwanderwegenetz. Nähe zum Loireradweg und vielen Schlössern. Sehr netter Vermieter und Verwalter. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Modernes Ferienhaus in ruhiger aber guter Lage

Modernes Ferienhaus wie in den Angaben in der Beschreibung, gut ausgestattet, sauber, ordentlich, Hinweis: Elektroenergie ist extra zu bezahlen nach tatsächlichem Verbrauch, ruhig gelegen an Anliegerstraße, auf dem großen Grundstück befinden sich 2 Ferienhäuser, Schloss Chambord ca. 10 min mit dem PKW, Tankstelle und Supermark im Nachbarort, Kontakt mit dem Vermieter im Rahmen der Buchung in Deutsch, Englisch und Französisch ohne Probleme, sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Beauftragter des Vermieters vor Ort, Verständigung dort in Englisch und Französisch möglich, jederzeit wieder. Die Leute in Frankreich sind wirklich sehr freundlich. Natürlich muss man sich als Gast selbst bemühen, einige französische Worte zu erlernen, auch wenn die Aussprache dann nicht ganz korrekt sein sollte. Herzlichen Dank!
