Very nice stay except…

The condo was clean and had most items you would need for a short visit. It is exactly as shown in photos. The view of the mountains was quite nice. The beds were very comfortable. The restaurants in the building were good! Only issue we had was witthfurniture. It was not very comfortable and not enough seating to eat for 4 people . I don’t understand a unit for 6 people and only 3 chairs?also we wanted to play a game but there was no table to set up on where 4 people could sit and play . So I would ask yourself if this is an issue. Otherwise. We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Location

We came to visit Monticello AVA wineries for 17 days, and this location is perfect --- close to the center of the AVA. There isn't a lot in Crozet itself, but having two restaurants, an ice cream shop, a sandwich shop, and a bottle shop with a bar in the same building was certainly convenient. The unit is well appointed, and there was plenty of room for five adults. The beds were very comfortable. Our only issue, and it was minor, was with the living area furniture. I am fairly short and have back issues, and none of the furniture worked for me except the barstools and the outdoor chairs. The lack of a dining table --- or even room for four at the counter --- was also a bit of a drawback. If you here for a short stay it probably doesn't matter as you will likely dine out in the many very good restaurants, but we did not want to eat out for every meal over 17 days. Owners were very responsive to every request. Despite the furniture drawbacks (which might not be a problem for everyone), I would absolutely stay here again. BTW, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the wines at many vineyards. This was Wine Enthusiasts AVA of the year for a reason.

Work and family visit

Just what we needed

This was just what we needed for our quick trip to Charlottesville and Crozet. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We did not use the pull out, but rather brought a Queen air mattress.

Lovely!

Great communication w manager, super clean and comfortable. Our family rented 3 of the 4 units on this floor for a family wedding held nearby and we all found it very comfortable. In fact, we found the beds so comfortable we clamored to purchase the mattresses (I love mine!). Close to a breakfast restaurant (terrible service there!) and a cute coffee shop. I recommend this place wholeheartedly. I would book again if I wanted to visit for hiking in the Shenandoahs of had another reason to be in the area (looking at you UVA visitors!). Thank you for a great visit!

We love the quiet family atmosphere in Crozet. We came up for Parents Weekend and did not mind the drive bc the surrounding countryside is beautiful.

Great condo

Awesome views from living room. Well appointed kitchen. Comfortable beds. Clean and bright. The only caveat was my husband had some type of allergic reaction to the space. We aren’t sure if it was from an animal or the detergent used with the bedding and towels. Otherwise a great experience.

Fantastic location, well-equipped apartment

Spacious and modern apartment right in Downtown Crozet, a short distance from cute shops and restaurants. Very convenient to vineyards and breweries in the area.

Absolutely amazing!

This is an amazing property with beautiful views! Very quiet area and a great way to get away from the city. The restaurants and ice cream downstairs are a great touch as well. Definitely coming back!

Lovely get away

My sister and brother (and small pup!) all stayed at this lovely apartment. Having a key pad versus a key truly made a difference for all of us - coming and going. The apartment was lovely, quiet, comfy beds and nice linens. The TV/internet connection needs to be upgraded, and the elevator does not work at odd hours (our flight was really early and we discovered - no elevator!). Having a coffee shop and ice cream parlor close by was a bonus!

We stayed her for my daughter's graduation from UVA. It was the perfect arrangement for my parents, my son, and my husband and I. Having the kitchen made it easy to host a laid-back dinner one night and brunch on Sunday. The property was very clean with the exception of the shower in the master bath, which was a bit mildewed.

Great location, beautiful views, awesome bbq spot downstairs and ice cream shop, beautiful place, clean rooms, only downside was I tried emailing for 2 extra towels and got no response and there was no hot water left if more than 3 people shower in both bathrooms so by the time our 4 kids took quick showers, my husband and I had cold showers after. Otherwise, would definitely stay again when back in the area. In a cute town close to many wineries/breweries.

Crozet visit

Four of us stayed in a two bedroom unit. It was clean and mostly well appointed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable. The living room was comfortable. The concerns we had were: the tv was impossible to watch a major channel except for ABC. It was frustrating to not be able to get to national news. The refrigerator needed the water filter changed. We would have appreciated a new, clean sponge for the kitchen. There was only one box of Kleenex for the entire “apartment”. In these days of Covid we try to stay protective and those were concerns we had. Otherwise, we found the space to be comfortable. Thank you.

Beautiful place

Beautiful property near wineries, breweries and cideries. Charming area with cute coffee shop and pizza nearby. Apartment was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well appointed and Beds were comfortable; however we could not figure out if or how the sofa opened - advertised for sleeps six. Only other issue was that the hot water ran out very quickly but we managed to deal with it. Nice towels and bedding provided. We had a tv issue but property manager called us immediately to assist. BBQ and ice cream shop downstairs were great! Thank you for a nice visit! We would definitely visit again!
