“We stay at grande bay often and this unit did not disappoint. We were just 2 people but it wound be even better for 2 couples bc the privacy in the 2nd bedroom with its own 2 balconies is unmatched! The view is great, kitchen was well appointed, bed was comfortable and the owners were exceptionally accommodating when we arrived early to avoid a snowstorm. They let us use the parking spot and beach gear early which was a huge help! Would definitely stay again.”

“Great place to stay. Staff was very friendly. This is our 4th time staying at Grande Bay. The grounds were clean and located right next to the ferry. Their pool was the perfect temp and they have a hot tub if needed. Our room didn’t come with a parking spot but there were spots open and they still wouldn’t give us one that was not being used which we thought was odd but no big deal. Only issue we noticed was the washer had lots of black mold in the unit we stayed in. They definitely could use……

“The location of this condo to Cruz Bay is wonderful. The Condo was clean, air conditioning was nice and cold and check in was easy. They provide you with beach towels, chairs, coolers and floaties. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. I would highly recommend staying at Coconut Coast Villas. ”
