“The Tides was so cute. Very welcoming with a perfect location to easily walk to shopping, dining, beaches etc. plus they have free parking. Rates were very reasonable compared to other nearby properties. Building is old so you can hear pretty much everything in adjacent rooms but that is the only flaw. Will definitely return. ”
“Love this place!!! This is as close as you'll get to a resort without the price. Property is well taken care of and rooms are clean. Other "motels" and "inns" in the area are NOT as well kept up and most of them have turned into residential motels with substance abuse programs using them for patients. Not the case here. I stayed here and mixed up my checkout date. They gave me a call when I didn't check out on time (we went out for day activities) and I added another day. Close to Newport Beach……
