The property is a stones throw from the town centre and harbour but is quiet and peaceful. It was very clean and had all the requirements for a comfortable stay. "Walkable distance to the centre of Falmouth. Loads of free parking when we went. One occasion. we parked on the road a little up hill (2 minutes walk). Its a lovely cottage, I hadn't considered the Victorian steep steps up to the first floor (regarding my 80+ YO mum), but equally might be testing if one had little kids. Other than that, we loved it cheers."

Breakfast decent, evening menu needs a bit of an update - it used to be much more expansive - I appreciate things have changed since Covid, but probably needs a refresher.
