「Habitación limpias y amplias, supermercados muy cerca de los apartamentos. Lo único que puede mejorar es la señal del wifi que es débil.」

「Es necesario usar coche propio p taxi para ir y salir del establecimiento. En general ofrece instalaciones adecuadas. Resalta la variedad de su tienda de conveniencia. Los pisos podrían estar mas limpios. El personal muy atento y servicial. Tuve que usar la plancha en el cuarto de lavado y fue muy incomodo no poder colgar las ropa planchada por falta de perchero. Solo tres restaurantes y cafeterias cerca. Las construcciones alrededor del hotel incrementaron las dificultades de acceso.」

「The studio apartment was well set up and had lovely big windows with views to a leafy intersection. The support facilities were great, I got my laundry done with no fuss. The area is also a plas - the Plaza Olavide is one of the nicest urban plazas to spend time in, it seems like a real locals area and has lots of cafes and bars. The booking platform I used wasn't helpful but once I got through directly to the BeMate staff they were fantastic.」

「When I arrived in the room, the electricity was not connected. It was only restored the following morning. While taking a shower, water started dripping from the ceiling, and there was also a leak spreading into the bedroom next door. No helpful communication at all; on the contrary, the replies on WhatsApp were evasive, and when I pointed it out, they deleted the message」
