"The room was clean, service friendly and helpful, the restaurant food was very good. Unfortunately, we were there during a heat wave, and the AC in the room was old and unable to cool the room down to a comfortable level. Also, the ceiling lights did not work at all."

"We loved our stay at Hotel Muralto and highly recommend it. The property is conveniently located near public transportation (a bus stop right out the door and train station a 5 minute walk). It's a 10 minute walk to old town Locarno, shops and restaurants. The hotel itself is well maintained, the room was spotless and all staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was fresh and delicious, the air conditioning was welcome and refreshing (we were in Switzerland...

"This is the place to go if you have kids and just want to no that you can relax and rely on the amenities without needing to leave the property to keep your family entertained and fed. The transportation was easy enough to get the town below and the surrounding area to do day trips and other family activities. We look forward to a return trip in our future."
