“The location is great, I really liked listening to the ocean waves it was so relaxing. The pool is nice and private. The living room and bedrooms were ok, the extra linens and towels were just thrown in a closet on top of some house hold supplies. The kitchen is in need of some organizing The pans, dishes and utensils were just kind of placed here and there. The convection oven made some loud nosies and the gas grill knobs were very difficult to turn when lighting and adjusting the flame. We……

“I can't say enough about Garry's place. Our flight was delayed twice due to weather in Florida, so we arrived a bit after 11 pm, and he still was able to meet us at the property with keys in hand. Do to our late arrival we were worried that there wouldn't be anything open late, but that subsided when we opened the fridge to some treats, sodas, and cold bottled water. “Gabriel answered our calls promptly and did his best to accommodate us. I shared that the oven top only 3 burners were working properly and he tried to get them repaired. Since we didn't care and the repair man was off island we just left it to do later. We enjoyed the roosters and peacocks and the privacy. It was a short distance to go to Esperanza, which was convenient to the bioluminescent bay. Thank you”

“Ultimately would stay here again. Knowing the details that are needed and with time able to find what the home doesn't provide, washer was my biggest Factor. Second bedroom used by girlfriend's am told has a few leaks in roof that came in on them but it only rained overnight once while there. Pulled out sofa bed and to what we seen, we're baffled to see what was in there so we just put it back and didn't even try. “Great property except for specific issues. They need a guestbook which includes the Wi-Fi passcode, and the keys for the outer doors. Probably also better locks for the inner doors. Many of us felt outright unsafe. They also need to advise guests to bring earplugs for all of the roosters on Vieques Island. Vieques is a great island, But you need earplugs for all of the roosters. “Nice and cozy apartment with spectacular views. The deck leading up to the apartment is in need of some repair and strengthening in some areas, but once you make it into the apartment, it is in great conditioned. The space was generous for being a small apartment. Only drawback was the underpowered A/C units, however it did not keep us from enjoying our time there. Gia was very attentive and responsive to all our messages.”
