"We liked the spacious apartment and the balcony overlooking the sea was nice for breakfast and supper. This place is well situated for good beaches, bars & restaurants, shops and attractions. We stayed a week and found parking on the street a bit of a problem at the weekend. The housekeeping was every other day. Kitchen equipment was generally OK except we couldn't find the right pods for the coffee machine at the Carrefour... so we brought our own kettle and also needed to buy a couple of wine...

"The staff are friendly and helpful, beds and pillows comfy, beach was accessible by bus (very clean, cheap transportation), Uber worked everywhere but less complicated to take a cab from airport. "One block from Valencia train station but nestled in the residential corner. Room is spacious and lately built. We check in on Sunday afternoon so only one staff was there. She was busy talking on the phone and handling my check-in simultaneously. Don’t feel warm welcome but this is what you got a lot theses days so no complains. Hotel parking garage is super tight and if you are unlucky to meet two way traffic. You require a good skill to yield your car around to let other cars out of garage....

"We picked this house because of the proximity to the beach and because it had 3 bedrooms. The check-in process was very smooth and the host -Dulce was very responsive. I would recommend this for a group of friends or a family. The part of town it’s in is very quiet but it’s a quick walk to restaraunts nearby or the bus to downtown."
