Located only 1.5 blocks from the center of Downtown Culpeper on the quietest hidden street in the area! Within 1-3 blocks of amazing restaurants, breweries, and interesting shops. This 1960s bungalow has been completely remodeled and professionally decorated to create a very luxurious and comfortable experience. Cutest lil house in a very quaint town
Eric house is nothing short of perfect. The location couldn’t be better! You’re walking distance from all of the shops and food in downtown. My group and I are big foodies and Culpeper has some hidden gems! The house was perfect, styled so beautifully and very clean. If we ever are back in the area we will book again!

Great girl’s trip house.
This property is very close and walkable to downtown Culpepper’s restaurants and shops. The interior is so cute and provides everything you need a for a weekend away. The beds are so comfortable even the trundle. Highly recommend.

A total gem
We had the most wonderful time on our staycation. The home is absolutely lovely and is fully equipped with anything you might need during your stay. Everything in downtown Culpepper was walkable—such a great location! The bed was comfy and the living area was great for cuddling up on a rainy day. We will definitely be back!!

Cute and convenient
We stayed two nights in early December for a wedding. The house was only one and a half blocks from the venue and we were able to easily walk to all of the events. We felt very safe even walking at night in the area. Now my favorite part-the house. Cute, comfortable, and cozy. Very well decorated and we all felt right at home during our stay. High quality sheets and towels were very much appreciated. Beds were comfortable and area was quiet. We all slept very well. Kitchen was well stocked and even had a Keurig and pods. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Definitely recommend!!

Very nice house + location
We had a great stay in Culpeper. The house is small but fully equipped, with lots of thoughtful touches throughout. The location is great--we were able to walk to restaurants and parks. There was a minor electrical problem that we were notified of prior to check-in; Eric was very helpful and thorough in making sure we were comfortable despite the slight hiccup. Overall it was a great stay!

Cozy home with a great location!
My friends and I enjoyed our stay here. The house was cozy, clean, and stylish and had everything we needed. It was a short walk from downtown Culpeper where there were great restaurants. The drive to Shenandoah National Park- Old Rag was about ~40min and was mostly scenic and beautiful. This house gave us the beet of both worlds by being near the park but within a town that had everything we needed. The Roku TVs were a nice plus as we spent a rainy afternoon inside watching Disney+ and HBO Max movies. Would highly recommend!

Comfortable and convenient
My husband and I returned to 209 West Mill for the second time and loved it as much as the first time. Our second stay in the house was as comfortable as the first. It was very easy to relax and unwind. The location is wonderfully convenient, easy walk in to town and easy drive to local visitor spots. We are already to return again next year. Thank you Eric!!

Cute, comfortable and convenient!
West Davis Mill has everything you will need for a comfortable stay in a convenient location. The neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet, with a beautiful park at one end of the street and shops and restaurants at the other. The house itself has every home comfort that you could possibly require. With convenient access to Shenandoah National Park and lots and lots of local history to discover, this is an excellent choice.

Perfect location for our East Coast Get Away

No complaints in Culpeper
The property is just as you see it in the pictures. It was comfortable and nicely appointed. Eric was helpful from the time we first booked our stay. He responded promptly to our questions and provided great recommendations when we asked about anything from local gyms to good breweries. The location of the property is a convenient walk to town where they have great restaurants and nice shops. It is also an easy drive to get groceries or see local sights. We hope to return again! Fun relaxing weekend

Family Weekend in Culpeper for a Wedding
My family and I rented this house for our family over Memorial Day weekend in order to attend a wedding. The house was exactly as it is pictured online and it was perfect for a short stay for a family of four. The location is unbeatable and the house is perfect for small families!

West David Mill - Wonderful!
Eric made our stay very comfortable. It as close to downtown Culpeper with coffee shops, a few restaurants/diners and breweries, but very peaceful and tranquil. It surpassed our expectations of being comfortable. A cute and quaint home. Just what we needed! Highly recommend the Culpeper location.

Beautiful, Attention to details & Relaxing
We had a lovely time staying at this rental! The decor throughout was beautiful and inviting! The beds, pillows, blankets, couch was sooo comfortable! Attention to detail was superb including hooks by the door, the bench in the bedroom, etc. My family was incredibly relaxed and enjoyed lounging around - we never wanted to leave. Thank you for renting out this clean, comfortable, adorable home!

Well-Appointed and Well-Decorated
