“Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Palermo! This was perfect for us to start our BA vacation. Leandro and Pablo were so helpful with everything including local recommendations. The decor was beautiful, the breakfast buffet is huge and lovely. We spent and afternoon ready with a glass of wine in the library. The rooms are wonderful. The best part...the shower. Amazing water pressure! Honestly, the best shower of my life!!! Cannot say enough about this hotel!”

“Beautiful hotel, spacious comfortable well equipped rooms and super large amazingly comfortable bed! Staff were lovely and extremely helpful, including helping us out with the taxi on arrival due to payment confusion and lack of local currency. Location also perfect for what we wanted - easy access to metro but out of the city at night with access to all of Palermo’s amazing restaurants and bars.”

“We booked 7 nights but we had to leave after a night stay. The day we arrived to the hotel at night but there is no one in the front desk so we had to wait over 40 minutes wondering what went wrong! Imagine how anyone will feel about this! The room is not clean and no towels in the room so we had to go down to the front desk to ask for towels. The towels are so old and had the bleach a over the towels and the towel mats! No hocks in the bathroom for towels either. Absolutely not recommend……

“Our stay at Ilum Home Experience Hotel in Buenos Aires from May 12–24 was absolutely unforgettable. We traveled to celebrate our wedding anniversary on May 14, and thanks to the incredible staff, this became one of the most special trips of our lives. “Loved this hotel so much that I stayed an extra night towards the end of my trip returning to BA from El Calafate! Such a cozy hotel with superb rooms with great amenities. Stayed in the loft during my first stay for 2 nights, you really felt like you are living in your own BA apartment. The décor is unpretentious and homey, a nice living room with floor to ceiling windows looking out to our little patio, bedroom is upstairs and the lovely bathroom has a nice view. Our second stay for 1 night……

“En general el hotel cumple muy bien con las expectativas. Las instalaciones, el servicio y la limpieza son buenos. El único punto a considerar es que las habitaciones son algo reducidas, por lo que si viajas con mucho equipaje o en familia puede resultar un poco justo el espacio.”

“The check in process was all done virtually. No live person, no front desk. Just Face ID, QR codes and numeral codes. It was my first time encountering this process and I had a hard time. I did find my way through the check out process via WhatsApp and communicating with someone on WhatsApp. Once I was able to check in it was smooth sailing after that. The place was immaculate and the views from the 7th floor were great. Good experience overall. I’d stay here again, now that I know how a virtual……

“Property was very affordable. Have stayed here quite a few times over the years. Rooms are very clean and adequate. La Dorita Parilla is across the street and a good coffee and ice cream place called Alchemy is close by. Check in is virtual which is super easy. You receive a door code for the front door and your room. All the essentials are there in the small kitchen area if you want to cook or reheat something. Bed is comfortable and large. Only two complaints I have the bathroom sink the bowl……
