Lovely cottage

Lovely cottage in a quiet location. Cottage was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Lovely, clean and well equipped cottage, parking is about 100m away so be prepared to carry your lug

Lovely, clean and well equipped cottage, parking is about 100m away so be prepared to carry your luggage, the bathroom is on the ground floor and the stairs to the bedroom are quiet steep but we managed ok, The village itself lacks anywhere to have a meal but there is a well stocked shop nearby, we found all the locals to be friendly and the local pub is a gem. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay visiting the local sights and would recommend the cottage.

We had a lovely relaxing time exploring the local area based from this comfortable, well equipped, cosy cottage. The only slight negative was that the cottage directions weren't overly clear so it took us a while to find it. Also the parking is a bit of a distance away so best to unload your car from the road rather than the parking spot.

A charming well appointed cosy cottage. Plenty of space and amenities for two. Tasteful decor throughout and immaculately clean. Welcome pack was a very pleasant surprise. We would without question definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at horseshoe cottage it was very clean and well presented a great place for 2 people the only thing we did not like was the electric cooked we found it difficult. To get on with I have a gas hob at home and I don't like fancy tec things plane and simple I would go back as it is a great little cottage and the owners were very helpful with the cooker. I highly recommend staying there you will have a great time especially if you are a outlander fan as there are plenty of filming places to see in the area.

This is a lovely cottage ,very very comfortable and the mod cons so everything you could want or need for a few days away. The welcome pack was an added bonus. The location is quiet but with a car you have no problem accessing other sites in the vicinity. A trip to the next village to see Falkland Village and Palace is a must it is the most picturesque village I have seen in Scotland .
