Its ok for those who enjoy simple hotels. The rooftop and the pool is a plus. Air conditioner is loud. It is next to downtown but its surrounding area gets desert after the afternoon, it is dark and feels unsafe so as to walk.

Hotel de bom custo benefício, muito bem localizado perto do centro, quartos limpos, roupas de cama trocadas e arrumadas diariamente, equipe de atendimento excelente, bem como café da manhã completo.

5-star staff. The check in ladies, the breakfast ladies and housekeeper were all very friendly and helpful. The room was cold, dark and damp. I had trouble sleeping because the mattress was uncomfortable as was the noisy A/C. I wore earplugs and used the extra blankets which helped. The location was great too. Everything (shops, gym, park, promenade) about a 10-20 minute walk.

Hotel péssimo! As muito sujo, tudo cheirava mofo, inclusive o teto do banheiro tinha mofo verde. O quarto não possui isolamento acústico, o tempo todo barulho, ate o barulho do quarto ao lado dava pra ouvir, pessoa “roncando”. Nosso quarto tinha uma porta que dava acesso a outro quarto, essa mesma porta tinha sinais que foi rompida a força em outra ocasião, ficamos com medo e nao dormimos com medo! Nao recomendaria pra ninguém e jamais retornarei.

Hotel simples mas atende uma estadia rápida.

No geral, um hotel simples e atende bem quem não é exigente. No nosso quarto tivemos alguns problemas: frigobar não gela, ar condicionado não liga, não tem interfone, box do banheiro minúsculo (quem for mais obeso, nem passa, pois tenho 70kg e quase não passei).

É simples, atendeu as nossas necessidades mas pode melhorar. Reservei achando que a mesa/bancada do quarto era grande para trabalhar e na realidade não é. Serve mais para apoio e fica bem apertado para o que eu precisava. Precisei buscar outro lugar durante o dia pra conseguir trabalhar. O assento do vaso é bem duro, e o quarto não tinha um cheiro muito agradável. Além disso, chegamos cansados da viagem e não tinha toalhas disponíveis, tivemos que pedir e esperar pra conseguir tomar banho. Pra quem quer pagar barato e não se importa com simplicidade, é ok.

PESSIMO

Chegamos e nos colocaram num quarto que não era o que reservamos, era uma opção abaixo. Após reclamar e dizermos que não ficariamos alí, se não tinham o quarto que reservamos, eles deram um "jeito" de arrumar um quarto de casal (conforme tinhamos reservado). A estrutura é bem antiga, as imagens não condizem com o ambiente, ESTACIONAMENTO SÓ TEM SE PAGO À PARTE, sobre a limpeza, tinham até teias de aranha na porta, marcas de sujeira na torneira. Tinham 2 toalhas de banho BEM simples e machadas, 1 toalha de rosto e no chão não tinha nada, nem um tapetinho para por os pés após o banho. Meu marido esqueceu o chinelo e teve que por uma meia para ficar pisar no chão, pois dava para sentir, não estar limpo. Experiência foi BEM RUIM, não voltaremos nem ao Hotel, nem a Rede Andrade, nem mesmo a fazer compras pelo Hotels.com.

Chuveiro frio as vezes

O hotel é simples, e com mobília muito antiga, o que daria para suportar pelo preço, mas tem um defeito horrível: o chuveiro não esquenta sempre, e o banheiro alaga, pois não tem Box. 30% de meus banhos foram em água quase fria.

Fiquei dois dias neste hotel, estava fazendo 6 graus. O chuveiro não funcionou um dia se quer, o ar-condicionado também não funcionou. A tv tem 4 canais com visibilidade muito pouco. O hotel é antigo e tem muito cheiro de mofo. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos , o quarto era limpo e o café da manhã bom. Porém não recomendo!
