「Overall my room was nice. However at check in I was asked to provide a card for pre-authorisation. I’ve been asked many times before but on this occasion $300 was taken from my account immediately. On checking out I was told this will take between 5-10 days to be returned to me. On a holiday budget this wasn’t ideal. Also breakfast each day was always the same. No one made any special effort to offer tea or coffee or to make anything different at all. Positives were that the room was spacious,...

「a bit expensive for this location and services」

「Overall, the facilities are old and the tidiness are fair. Many tiny insects inside the room. And the hot water system is fair」

「Great view of Scarborough beach and decent swimming pool . Service are great 」

「Everything is great at this hotel, even the food at their restaurant was very good. Would love to use their pool next time. The only thing is, it still smells very new, it would be good if there’s a window for us to open to let it ventilate, because I was worried that the smell will affect my toddler 」

「Excellent 」

「Spacious room, efficient staff. 」

「Breakfast was great as always. I love it. The breakfast service was great as well. But front desk, at 9/12, ignored me and let me struggled by their app for about 5 minutes…but still all good. Sometimes the bar at ground floor make loud noises…」

「The staff are very friendly and helpful, but the cleanliness of the room rugs could be improved」
