“The stay was absolutely amazing and so unique, the property is so gorgeous and spacious for our group and so private with no one else nearby. The living areas outside are so relaxing and the spaces gets great sunlight all around the island! The housekeeper and boat captain are so nice and helpful. My family loved the outdoor games, hammock, and there’s a great low wading area so close to the island that’s fantastic to swim in during high and low tide and is CRYSTAL clear. “Chatterbox is a beautiful well kept house. It's ideally and centrally located; everything is within walking distance. It's close to the beach, supermarket, wine and liquor stores, top restaurants, bakeries and local conch and fish shacks. Service was super and communication channels with the host was excellent. No question was too insignificant to answer. The house was clean and fully furnished with top of the line appliances and amenities. We will definitely be back!”

“We had a fabulous stay at the house! Everything was perfect! Carole arranged for our transportation from the airport to the dock and the ferry ride over to Spanish Wells. Once we arrived at Spanish Wells dock Audrey the caretaker was waiting for us and escorted us back to the house. Our golf cart rental was also prearranged and waiting at the dock when we arrived. The house was spotless and had everything you would need. Plenty of beach toys, beach towels even sunscreen! The views from the porch……

“Every year a bunch of friends choose a spot in the Bahamas to go and spend 4-5 days and enjoy fishing, swimming and local hot spots. This years choice was perfect for us. We were able to keep our 62’ boat on site for the guys to take out daily for morning fishing. Ladies would hang back at the house and swim in pool or take golf carts (which I highly recommend your renting) and go to beach or local bar/restaurant. Edsol, an onsite property mgr would stop by daily to see if we had any issues. One……
