I had a wonderful stay in Cusco! The location was beautiful, the hot shower was much appreciated, and the breakfast was excellent. Most of all, the host, Devorah and all the staff, was absolutely amazing—so welcoming, helpful, and kind. I would happily stay here again! Gracias

Breakfast was good, there is a receptionist at the front who is always working hard and taking care of all the needs of the guests he usually works the day to night shifts. It’s also on a well known street in Cusco nice for pictures and so so close to downtown and pretty much everything

Great hospitality, nice rooms, very good breakfast. The bathroom could have used a little TLC, and the rooms could use more power outlets, but I really enjoyed my one night stay. It's in a cool district of Cusco near the archeological sites, but keep in mind that it is a significant climb from the city center (steep and a lot of stairs), so you might want to take a taxi despite of its close proximity to the city center. Staff was very welcoming!

¡Una joya de hotel boutique y una atención inolvidable! El hotel es hermoso, con un diseño único, acogedor y una tranquilidad que te hace sentir en casa desde el primer momento. Sin duda, lo que hace que este lugar sea aún más especial es su personal. Quiero hacer una mención súper especial para América, la recepcionista, quien me recibió con una sonrisa increíble y una calidez excepcional. Estuvo atenta a cada detalle, me dio las mejores recomendaciones locales con muchísima amabilidad y profesionalismo. Su atención elevó por completo mi estadía. ¡Recomendado al 100% y con muchas ganas de volver!

Staff was warm and friendly. Wished we could have stayed longer. We had everything we needed. more pillows, blankets, hair dryer, towelss. Intentional murals were painted for a happy vibe. A welcome coca tea in a cozy reception area. Everything is clean and well-maintained. The location is nice and near the key sites you want to go. Very well worth coming back to.

The staff were super helpful and wanted us to have an amazing stay. They recommended restraint right up the street that we ended up eating at two nights because it was so good. The tea and the coco leaves were super nice to have out for use any time and it was super nice that they had an attendant there 24:7. Just be careful for the semi warm showers, but that is almost every place.

The location was very scenic with a stunning view over the city. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided a heater for the second night when it got a bit chillier. The breakfast was delicious with freshly made eggs and cheesy toast. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good too and you have hot drinks all available all the time. I definitely did not like the location due to being located half way on 7 Borreguitos st which happens to be a set of stairs. Arriving to your hotel by taxi and realizing you have to carry your luggage through that is painful due to the high altitude in Cusco. Every time coming back to our hotel was painful and of course our room was on the 4th floor with no lifts available. Purely on that, I would avoid that place if we travel to Cusco again.
