incredible value for money about 10 soles taxiride from airport Solid 3 star rating the breakfast is very basic ( I think) but the price is outstanding It is in a rundown area and you need to be careful
No hot water in our room; we were taking shear hot n other rooms
Poor breakfast; a couple of pieces and f local bread; hot water that we mixed with a very concentrated local and a bit warm coffee. Just a couple of small tables.
Room was never cleaner. The only decent amenity is the tv.
Hard to classify this property as a hotel; an old house with some adaptations. Just very small room medication that this property operates as a hotel.
Hard to locate the property. None in f the taxi drivers new about this “hotel”; i had to tell them how to reach the property
Do not stay here. It is difficult to find (entrance is below street level & there is a reason that there is no street level view), far from everything, gritty. The man from the hardware/kitchen store above showed me the entrance. THE STAFF WAS NOT THERE when I tried to check in. There is a recessed gate down & a door after that, which you only turn the key 1/4 of the way to open. I was shown my room by a nice man, who finally answered the combo of doorbell/telephonic buzzer I kept ringing for about 10min. Coming off a tour, the first thing I did was drop my bags & use the restroom. Mistake! No toilet paper, soap or towel anywhere in the room. Gross. I used my backpacking supplies & the same man who showed me the room eventually found me a towel and toilet paper. He said to ask for soap tomorrow when I check in. I checked and there was no breakfast. There was a hot water dispenser, 3 mugs & a small coffee concentrate pitcher with a layer of MOLD growing in a film on the surface. I showed the girl who eventually came to the desk area after I called, "disculpa!" & asked about breakfast. She was unconcerned & eventually got me 2 pieces of stale bread, butter & jam & fruit juice. When I did my check in, they tried to charge me again, but I said no & showed her the paid invoice from Expedia. The one star should be for letting me keep my backpack there until the afternoon.
This place is complete scam, if I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I booked and paid for my reservation through Expedia, and when I arrived, the receptionist told me they “don’t work with Expedia” and that I had no reservation. That was unbelievable considering my payment had already gone through. When I asked to speak with a manager, there wasn’t one available, and no one else took responsibility. The receptionist was completely unhelpful and offered no solution whatsoever. Instead of fixing the problem, I was left standing there arguing over a reservation I had already paid for. If you don’t accept Expedia bookings, then why are you listed on Expedia in the first place? This situation should never happen. It was completely unacceptable, incredibly frustrating, and a total waste of my time. I would never stay here again, and I strongly recommend others think twice before booking. Thankfully, Expedia was somehow able to refund my money, which I really appreciate. However, when an Expedia agent tried to contact the hotel to resolve the issue, they were told that no one answered. That seems extremely unprofessional and shows that the hotel is not handling its operations properly or taking customer service seriously. I really hope Expedia reviews what is going on here and considers stopping their partnership with this hotel.

Tive que pagar outra diária, pois o hotel disse que não haviam feito nenhum pagamento de reserva pra minha hospedagem. Como eu estava cansado da viagem, e ainda por sorte tinha um quarto fiquei e paguei outra diária
