「Villa Reverie is gorgeous. Aspect looking out across Lake Como is fabulous. Staff are excellent. Customer service exceptional. Would we go again - absolutely. Highly recommend. Having emailed prior to our stay we were collected from the train station by the villa’s shuttle. 2 minute drive (if that). 6minute walk. Welcome on arrival was great. Staff speak good English. Welcome glass of Prosecco (other drinks probably available - but they got us at “Prosecco”). Bags were deposited in our room...

「We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed. Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice .」

「Terrible service. For a 2,500 a night room. Everything should be perfect !!!! I can go on with the list but is endless. I can just say Terrible management and of course the general manager is not there on Sunday’s not even peak season sooo everything was a disaster.」

Rooms are extremely clean, the staff is so kind and attentive, and the food is some of the best I’ve had in all of Italy (local ingredients btw). 「Natalia was extremely helpful. Google Maps will try to tell you it’s on a 8 min walk to the ferry. It’s much longer. The manager dropped me to the ferry several times. She was fantastic」
