「Great location. Lack of AC or fans that don’t rattle make this Unit less than desirable in the summer. Good value, but expect it to be a bit run down (less than clean carpet, windows that don’t operate, missing screens, delaminating patio table, living room chair with broken leg, hole in LR wall …). All that said, we loved the location and layout of the condo.」

「The property was great even if it’s in need of some updates, mainly the bathrooms. It was pretty warm at first but the fans provided helped a lot and after a night with the windows open it stayed cool the rest of the time we were there. The beds were comfy, and we had plenty of room with 8 of us. I loved the porch for breakfast and coffee in the morning and the property around the condo was nice and shady for afternoon walks.My only complaint is the description implied there was a pool and...

「Very nioce Condo in Sun Valley. Quiet and very comforatable. Just a. few minute drive to either ski lodge. Plenty of towels and supplies. Very nice stay. Could easily handle a family of six with beds and two baths.」

「We are generally pretty flexible and not very picky, but were disappointed with this unit. Listing said there was air conditioning, but there was only one stand alone unit in one of the upstairs bedrooms. It was very inefficient and could not be expected to cool the entire unit. I would not consider it air conditioned. Condo was clean, minus the clumps of dog hair we found under the living room chair. We were also looking forward to utilizing the washer and dryer as we were in the middle of a 10...
