"The front desk was very helpful...the room was clean and ready for us which was great as we had driven all day to reach this reservation. Thank you Best Western Bavarian resort. I would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"I wish I could give this a better review. We don’t like to (and seldom do) but I couldn’t in clear conscience give this any higher marks. I don’t fault the housekeeping staff-they were cheerful, helpful, and did a decent job-they clearly were understaffed and did their best. The rooms were clean enough-passable. However, the property just looked like the ownership just didn’t care. The hallways were dimly lit, several unrepaired HVAC units were stacked underneath a stairwell, and the desk staff were not that friendly. No elevator to the 2nd floor, we were told that was why we paid less. There were not enough electrical outlets, so the fridge was plugged with a frayed and taped cord into a power strip that was labeled $25 indicating to us if we turned it on, it would cost us $25 (we verified with the desk this was not the case). We turned it on and it was barely cold no matter what we did with it and we had a cooler so we just let it go. When we checked out the desk clerk asked about our stay-when we said it was ‘okay’ she didn’t ask for details, just grunted. Sorry, We won’t be back."

"Our experience was a mixed bag. The staff were nice and helpful, the amenities were nice, the large amount of parking around back was helpful, and the beds were comfortable, but we also experienced a number of issues. The nightstand in our room was broken (the legs couldn't support the top and fell off), the shower floor was slick and had a brown/black layer of sludge on it, and in my parents' room, there was -blood- smeared on the bathroom door upon arrival. Both my parents and I also had issues with the TVs in our rooms not working/displaying completely incorrect things. The breakfast was unfortunately limited, but the eggs were decent. I wouldnt necessarily choose this hotel again."
