The house, lies in a lovely spot, on the slopes of the Mount Palatimone in a panoramic position overlooking the whole surrounding land and coast line. Is at about 7 km far from San Vito, 32 km from Trapani, 100 km from Palermo and 3 km from the first inhabited place, the village of Castelluzzo.
This is a typical country cottage, integrating itself with the surrounding nature.
It’s an ideal place to enjoy quiet and silence, far from any sort of noise, it can be reached by car running through a private track about 1/2 km long.
You will be surrounded by olives trees and the typical wild nature of the Sicily’s countryside, there are hardly any houses around and far away you may see a very old watching tower. We are just inside the Mount Cofano Reserve where new constructions are not anymore allowed.
Along the coast line you can see small creeks, bays and spectacular nature corners on one of the most suggestive sea shore of Sicily. The near coast and beaches are washed by a crystalline water.
You can enjoy changing your bath place everyday, having different choices. If you are fond of snorkelling or diving this will be your ideal place.
Our villa is a perfect base for daily excursion to the historical and natural places of the Trapani and Palermo province like Mozia, Segesta, Selinunte, Erice, Marsala, Monreale, the Natural Reserve of Zingaro, etc
This house made by stones, has recently been renewed respecting the natural environment and using local materials; it consists of:

־ one bathroom with shower and washing machine
Out side one large terrace with a beautiful view of the coast fully equipped with barbecue and shower with hot water on the outside.
