「It was a wonderful experience staying at Chozos Resort in Mendoza, Argentina. The place was extremely clean and loved the private pool. After spending the day at the Wineries we would jump in the Cool water and refresh. The service and staff were very helpful and they have a beautiful restaurant with great food and Awesome views to the Andes. Our whole stay was Amazing. I Totally recommend it. 」

「In the service industry things can you wrong but it’s how you recover and make the customer 100% satisfied. The weather was very bad when we checked into Cielo. We were warmly greeted with hot coffee and tea before our room was ready. There were a couple of issues with our room as a result of the weather. Nobody’s fault. Hotel Cielo and management addressed the issue immediately and provided us options. The views from their loft are spectacular and I’m sure ona clear day, the views of the Andes...
