「Obviously, it's an expensive housing. In return, we have high expectations. Unfortunately, there was no hot water and there was loud noise of machine in the suite. The service staff responded quickly, but this should not happen and happen hardly even in regular hotels. There was no any compensation at all. We should also have had bottled waters per person at least as many days as our stays, but we just got one or two, and were charged for additional ones.」

「We’d spent 2 nights in this hotel during the Easter holiday. The location of the hotel is superb because it just takes 2 minutes’ walk to reach Fabrika, the city centre’s bus terminal. As it was just the beginning of the peak travel season, the room rate was reasonable. There is a great variety of rooms for customers to choose from. 「Absolutely lovely hotel staff & service was excellent nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was very good & very good quality. It’s a 10 minute walk from the seafront, port & main areas but it’s a nice walk. The only downside is lack of hanging space our bathroom was slightly dated but still lovely & spotless & there is a charge for the hot tub I understand having a booking system but not to charge. Overall this is a hidden gem with beautiful staff I’d definitely stay again and recommend...
