The hotel is just nearby the town, main road, its easy to find the location. Staff are helpful and English is enough to communicate. The room is new and big, but the sound insulation between rooms are poor., i can clearly hear all the talking from the corridor. Also, due to the renovation outside the hotel, there are all the dust on the floor, it made my nose very uncomfortable. I hope the renovation will be soon finished.

Great Cozy stay at Navy Flowers

My wife and I stayed 3 nights in October. Hotel lobby and room we're clean and we'll furnished. WiFi was fast and stable. The breakfast was generous and tasty. The staff spoke good English and were very helpful. Location was in a quiet part of Dalat but still near enough to walk to the night market in 15 mins or Big C in 20 mins. Overall it was a great stay and I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel, room was perfect, staff friendly, great location. Would recommend and return. Only problem which was not the hotels fault was the taxi driver they phoned on our behalf ripped us off and charged twice the price. Book your own.

Very friendly staffs. We stayed for 3 nights in the family suite. Enjoyed the Breakfast with a change of menu daily. Guests smoked in non-smoking room and left bad smoke smell in the room. Wish there are more hooks on the wall in the bathroom to hang bathrobes and clothings. Water pressure was low.

Da jeg ankom til hotellet kom jeg 2,5 time før jeg egentlig skulle checke ind. De havde et ledigt værelse til mig, men de forlængede at jeg skulle betale for morgenmaden, som jeg ikke ville spise fordi jeg kom for tidligt. Personalet generelt var ikke særlig smilende.. jeg tror ikke at de kunne lide deres gæster. Dog et et meget flot hotel, men få lige styr på service’en Nok ikke et sted jeg vil komme tilbage til..

지상 6층 부터 지하 2층에 객실이 배치 된 호텔 입니다. 호텔 객실은 청결하고 관리가 잘 되어 있습니다. 객실 내부에 에어컨은 없습니다, 달랏에 위치한 호텔에는 에어컨이 없습니다. 이유는 한국에 초가을 정도 날씨라고 보시면 될 것 같아요. 아침,저녁으로 서늘하고, 점심때는 땃땃 합니다. 제가 이용한 객실은 지하 2층이였고, 환기가 잘되는 구조 였습니다. 직원 분들은 정말 친절하고, 아침식사는 Good!! 입니다. 호텔비용도 적당하고 정말 좋았습니다. 다음에 또 이용하고 싶은 호텔 입니다. ^^)

Good location but very noisy.

This is a decent hotel, comfortable rooms which are cleaned regularly. The hotel is close to the city center (walking distance). The famiily room is very small for four people (two adults, two children). It was very noisy when we stayed. This was partly due to the Tet holidays, but part of it was also because it is just a noisy hotel, especially in the morning. The service was very limited. There is a nice bar area on the 6th floor, but it's hardly used. There are no facilities in the hotel. We received no help getting a taxi, even though this was very hard around the Tet period and we had to wait by the street side with two small children. Upon check-out, we had to wait for a long time until the room was checked. They made us pay for a broken tray in the fridge, which I found a bit silly considering we had stayed in the hotel for 10 nights.

This is a new hotel with clean rooms and nice friendly staffs. Only set back it a distance from city center but too near for local taxi to pick you up unless you offer them a higher price.

Nous avions réservé la chambre standard ( Petite), surprise : elles sont toutes sans fenêtres et en face de l'ascenseur ( bruyant). Vu notre déception, nous avons été surclassé car nous avions réservé 4 nuits. Très content d'avoir eu la chambre supérieure avec fenêtre. Dommage que l'insonnorisation ne soit pas satisfaisante dans cet hôtel tout neuf ! Point positif pour la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel, également pour Le buffet du petit déjeuner varié et de bonne qualité.
