The place was very spacious. We got the one bedroom two bed unit for the four of us. The space had a kitchen and dining room area. One bedroom private and the 2nd bed was in the living room and kitchen open concept. It worked well for our family of four. Two kids and two adults. We had issues with the linen & towels being stained and aged but as soon as we contacted the property they came and made the change right away. They made effort to get some newer linen and towels during our stay. The bathroom needs some upkeep as there were some water damage that needed to be fixed. Location was decent. Walking distance to the beach. Great price.

Nothing was as stated, the pool is more like a pond at the entrance, the view was of an empty lot that had construction going on, there is a soccer field across the street that people used early and late, no restaurant on the property, no breakfast buffett. I feel bad for the owner. We were booked for 19 days and we stayed 2, he gladly refunded us our money with no questions im sure because he knows the internet advertising is false. Dont waste your money or time.

I enjoyed a three week stay at Animor Green, which is in a great location and only steps to the beautiful My Khe beach. Walking distance to all of the restaurants and easily accessible to the attractions in the area. The only downside of my stay was that the toilet and shower clogged up a few times and I was asked to pay an extra fee for the sheets and doona to be washed as my fake tan had rubbed off on the sheets. The area was quiet most nights, with the exception of the restaurant next door until about 10pm at night, clanking dishes however the noise only came into my apartment as I was on the bottom floor. All in all, a great stay at Animor Green.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I requested extra towels because the pillow was too high and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, my request was denied without a reasonable explanation. Instead, I was given a towel cover, which obviously could not be used as a substitute. Even after I calmly explained that the pillow height was causing neck pain, the staff remained uncooperative and dismissive, showing no willingness/hospitality to help. They even looked so annoyed. What concerned me the most was that I noticed signs that my personal bag had been touched and opened during my stay. I told them about this but they didn’t seem to take it seriously. They just said “We will let the cleaners know.” This raised serious concerns about the security and trustworthiness of the hotel. In addition, the shower area had visible mold, and there was a hole in the ceiling filled with plastic bags&stones, there were ants on the counters, which made the overall condition of the room feel neglected and unhygienic. They only give you one room key which you use for all the electricity in your room. Once you leave your room with your room key, your fridge in the room also turns off. It should at least keep supplying power for a fridge…. I would not recommend this hotel to others. There are basic standards of cleanliness, security, and hospitality that every guest deserves — unfortunately, this hotel failed to meet them.

Housekeeping
