Хорошое место для бюджетного отдыха

Отель хорош, за свои деньги, но рекомендую не брать номера, выходящие окнами на дорогу: там сейчас строится еще один отель, в связи с чем и вид некрасив и шум по ночам. Сами номера старые, не очень продуманные, мало розеток, но, в целом, красивые. Завтраки - очень скудные на европейский вкус. Спасала только яичница и свежие фрукты. До пляжа минут 10 (крайне рекомендую Mama Ly - там мало людей и недорогая еда). До центра города примерно час неспешной ходьбы. Но лучше, всё-таки, на мотобайке или на велике.

Just ok

Hotel is very run down inside but the pool is nice. There is construction going on on one side which makes it very noisy however we stayed on the other side (after complaining) which was very pleasant. It's quite a walk to Hoi an town but closer to the beach if that's what you're after. Breakfast could be good one morning but terrible the next so very inconsistent. A lot of bus groups stay here so there is a lot of noise from them also (it doesn't help when most of the doors seem to have cracks in them!) to the staffs credit though they did try their best!

När vi kom dit och fick våra två rum så luktade det ena rummet avlopp och det andra luktade cigarettfimp. De lät oss byta avloppsrummet och fräschare till cigaretteummet så luktar i stort sett försvann. Det nya rummets ac fungerade inte. Rummen kändes slitna och skitiga. Det stod att frukosten skulle vara stor, men den kändes fattig och väldigt tråkig. Stolarna i matsalen var redo att falla isär när man lutade sig bakåt och det fanns ingen ac där. Poolen var bra och det fanns en bar bredvid som har öppet till kl 22. Det går att hyra motorcykel från hotellet och då kan man ta sig överallt dit man vill/behöver på några minuter. Vi hade bokat två nätter men bytte hotell efter första natten. Rekommenderar Blue An Bang villa. Ett homestay med mycket bra priser och personal.

Lovely rooms. Near beach

We stayed here for a couple of nights. The room was nice with a balcony and was very clean. Wifi was not so great in the room, but once in the lobby it was strong enough to Skype. The location is great if you want to go to the beach but a little out of the way for the main town. Staff were always friendly and breakfast was nice.

Great staff. Bad beds.

The staff try so hard and are engaging and friendly. Unfortunately the it is let down by the bedding. With such old bedding they need to at least put a mattress pillow or something on the beds to soften it to ensure a good nights rest. Buffet breakfast is excellent.

Excellent stay, great location 5 on 5

Excellent hotel with the most friendly and helpful staff I have come across. Originally planned to stay just 3 days in Hoi An, ended spending 5 at this hotel. The was large and spacey, with the most stunning view of the nearby river and rice paddies that stretch as far as the eyes can see. The nearby beach, which is only a 10 min cycle, was serene with clear blue water. The old town is not too far either. Breakfast at the hotel sets you up for the day with plenty of choices and if you want anything else, they Re more than willing to go beyond and prepare it for you. Can't recommend this place enough.

A Retreat with Lovely Surroundings

Quiet, restful hotel. Beautiful building. Rooms are very airy and spacious with clean, functional bathrooms. Large French doors open onto balconies with views of river, neighbouring village and beyond. Large pool, sunloungers all good. Shuttle bus to town or cheap taxi ride, about $5, no waiting. Breakfast included sausages, bacon, eggs, fruit, toast, jam, coffee and juice. Staff very helpful, not much English but this wasn't a problem.

A very nice place to live

excellent hotel in a colonial style of architecture. a little bit outside the city of Hoi An but taxi is very cheap in vietnam... very nice swimming pool good restaurant on the top floor over the nature and the river . the place to spend time..

Nice stffs, great room, but ..

Great family room. The people working were friendly and helpful for sure. We booked a family room for 4 nights, the first night we had no hot water because one tank was shared for two rooms. You just have to make sure they are not giving you a room sharing a tank with other tenant.

Sehr saubere Zimmer. Jeden Tag gratis Wasser und Früchte auf dem Zimmer. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Das hoteleigene Restaurant ist im Vergleich zu den umliegenden Gasthäusern leider sehr teuer. Das Hotel bietet preiswerte Touren zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Transporte sind hingegen etwas überteuert. Service könnte etwas besser sein, da leider nicht das ganze personal Englisch spricht. Preis Leistung ist insgesamt Top! Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten

Schöne Aussicht zum Strand kann man laufen

Sehr gutes Hotel bezogen auf Lage, Frühstück, Pool und Komfort. In der oberen Etage sehr laut da das Restaurant im 5.Stock, wenn ganze Reisegruppen ankommen, ab 6Uhr einen Schallpegel abgibt der die Nachtruhe sofort beendet. Der kostenlose Shuttlebus funktioniert nur stadteinwärts zurück nicht immer. Der Zimmersafe ist unten an der Rezeption als Zentralsafe und Bademantel wie in der Beschreibung angekündigt gib es leider nicht.

Beware!

This hotel had very little for alcohol for a beverage when we arrived. It is located a fair distance from Hio Ann and you must take a shuttle to get there. If you don't time your visit just right you will spend a time sitting and waiting. Also there is not a good waiting area for you to even sit at.

in allen punkten stimmt die Beschreibung mit der web-seite nicht mit der wirklichkeit ueberein. Kein Zimmersafe und keine Bademaentel dafur aber Obst, wasser und Gute-Nacht-Géschichten. Den Shuttel-Service sollte man nur fuer die Hinfahrt nach Hoi An benutzen und die Fahrraeder sollte man genau aansehen bevor man sie ausleiht.

Broken Showers dirty bathrooms. Too many faults.

The Indochine Hotel is disappointing. Its initial appearance (large with an old worldly charm and neo classical features) was let down by sub-standard bathroom, poorly trained staff (potentially un-trustworthy) and a bizarre approach to running a restaurant/room service that rivals Faulty Towers (lack of standards, many menu items often ‘sold out’, even though it’s virtually always empty). The grounds are spacious, and the river location is actually stunning (but pool and bar seem sadly neglected). In terms of the rooms (yes very spacious and good enough for the star rating) but If there’s one thing that I can’t stand it’s a shower head that barely works (literally) and no use of mattress protectors. Even a hostel/roadside motel should ensure these two things are provided. The worst experience though was at checkout when the desk lady tried to add an extra 500,000 dong charge for absolutely nothing. I had to carefully check the statement and draw it to her attention before she giggled and apologised for her ‘mistake’. The hotel clearly markets to large tour groups that arrive on buses and obviously have no choice of where they stay.
