Dear Sir, The first word saying we would like to say sorry for that experience. We worked back with our front desk office after you checked out. We think that both of us misunderstood what we mean. It caused that unexpected thing like you said. We always do cleanness everyday during your stays, except the guest unallowance. That is the reason why you said that we didn't make your room and didn't fill amanities as well. We filled the water and change the towels. We regret that you didn't have good experience when staying here, however, during your vacation, we try our best o support you any time you need so we would like to sympathize for us and we will improve our service better and better.
