Beautiful resort with a stunning ocean view! Private beach area, lounging area, great food and great service. Only thing is that it is far from everything, so be sure to make extra time and budget to get to places.

Once in the retreat this is a lovely relaxing place to spend time. The service levels are high & they go the extra mile to resolve any issues. The only issue we experienced was the restaurant options were so expensive, the food was great but didn’t warrant the cost. Due to bad weather we had to eat in the hotel otherwise we would have eaten in Hoi An every night

I book a villa ocean view but the room we receive is a villa garden view .. buffet totally not for me they repeat the same food everyday… I book a two bed room villa , in my own opinion definitely not a 5 star hotel for me

Not as nice as it looks in pictures. We got one of the rooms with the private pool and it was disappointing. Bad electrical, bad light placements, old hair dryer that is not functional, you can see water damage in places, sofa doesn't look or feel clean, noise from neighbors. And there is something off about the staff. Their behavior or perhaps the way they mingle with each other and also smirks on their faces at times, seems unprofessional. They also don't seem happy working there and not really genuine despite seemingly being nice and trying to be helpful.

プレミアムクヴィラタイプのお部屋に宿泊しました。自信をもってオススメします。レセプションから部屋にはエレキバギーで向かいますが、これも中々に思い出になります。朝食はとにかく何杯でも食べれるフォーとカフェバーがありがたく、種類も豊富。そしてここの最大の魅力はやはりプールとそこから出れるビーチでしょう。プールは水温も水質もかなり快適で眺めは素晴らしく、波はある程度ありますが、子供もとても楽しめました。唯一の難点は、周辺に本当に何もないこと。それでいてホテル内にコンビニなどもないため、注意が必要です。しかし、施設内のレストランもみなスタッフは親切でで

海が近く、プールの周辺にチェアやレストランがあり部屋から水着で出かけてそのまま部屋に戻れてとても便利でした。チェック時間前に到着してしまいましたが、快くチェックイン時間前に部屋に入れてもらえてとても助かりました。また、チェックアウト後もプールやシャワーを使わせていただき、最後までホテルでの滞在を満喫できました。
