Emplacement idéal pour découvrir la vielle ville. Juste a la limite de Old Town et très calme la nuit. We had a no-window room on the first floor for 3 nights. It was the most beautiful room we've stayed in. The lighting and the wood details in the room were so beautiful! Everything was very clean, the water in the shower was hot and had good pressure. The separate shower was a big plus. Everything worked well in the room. All the member of staff were so lovely, we had such a great stay here. Would love to come here again!

Great stay would definitely recommend!

Very spacious room and beautiful pool and location! A short walk from the water and many amazing restaurants! Everyone was very nice and the breakfast was good eggs, soup, fruit, toast and more!

Staff super friendly and tried their best. Location great with easy walk to old town and night market but that is where it stops. Property filthy, torn towels, holes in sheets, bathroom mouldy and dirty, can write your name in dust throughout the room, curtains old torn and stained, and net above bed dust filled. Photos on Expedia nothing like what you see on arrival. We don’t know who writes the customer reviews but the so many 10/10 reviews cannot be possibly written by guests or be true. We did not try the included breakfast as if the rooms are anything to go by we didn’t trust what may come from a kitchen area not visible to a guest. We are not generally fussy people and understand that the hotel is old, but there is old and clean and old and extremely dirty. This hotel needs a good clean from top to bottom. We love Vietnam but this hotel certainly left us nothing but super disappointed to the point we stayed one night and checked out before the end of our reservation. Do yourself a favour and avoid this one.

A beautiful, quiet spot very close walking distance to the beautiful old town. Very friendly staff and a simple but fresh and tasty breakfast each morning. We loved it!

Good location near Old Town. Most of the staff were friendly, especially the manager. The hotel operates on a shoestring, and some things are either broken or on its last legs, like the shower head, TV, etc. Towels are old and wifi isn't uniformly strong everywhere in the property. Overall, a good value for money and I would have given it 4 stars if not for this: There's a police station right behind the hotel and its loudspeaker blared propaganda urging citizens to vote. On Friday, it went on all day, and on Sunday morning, it started at 5am!! Complaints to the authorities have fallen on deaf ears, I was told. Well, if the govt wants to promote tourism, they're actually driving us away by ignoring both the needs of the tourists for rest and private businesses, who rely on good word of mouth. Hence, my two-star rating. Not really fair to the hotel, I know, but really a message to the Vietnamese govt.

This is a very basic hotel, it was clean staff are friendly and welcoming arranged transport to and from the hotel cheaper than Grab. The kettle and TV not working but very quickly rectified, breakfast is basic also but you get what you pay for.

위치가 정말 좋아요 걸어서 다 다닐수있습다. 호이안 올드타운도 걸어갈수있고 식료품점도 2~3분안에 있어요. 식당도 그랩을 이용한다면 10분이내입니다. 책으로 꾸며놓은게 인상깊고 테라스도있고 수영장도 나쁘지않아요. 방은 청결하나 테라스와 화장실은 그렇지않았어요 조식은 쌀국수 괜찮았으나 과일에는 파리가 너무많았어요. 다낭으로 오는 벤을 예약할수있었어요
