This charming little holiday house enjoys an excellent and rather enchanting location by the lake Sternberger See. The lovely little thatched house affords a view over the water. The 43m² house for two people was built in 2016. It has two floors and has a light and friendly interior. The cosy living and dining room on the ground floor provides a sofa, a dining corner, satellite TV and a radio. The little kitchen on the same floor is equipped with an electric stove, an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The bathroom is also downstairs and has a shower, hairdryer and WC. Wooden stairs lead up to the bedroom with a double bed.
The terrace provides garden furniture and invites you to relax. Up by the bedroom there is also a balcony with loungers. The car parking space is right by the house.
A cot and a highchair can be provided if ordered in advance.
Sternberg itself is worth more than just a glance, as the whole historical town centre with the Mühlentor and the fortifications has been preserved. The little town is also ideal for relaxing in nature. Just 200 metres from the house there is the Sternberg swimming facility with a slide and diving tower, a lovely lawn and mature trees for shade during the summer months. The area with many lakes and forests is ideal for extended walks. You can observe animals such as fish eagles, cranes or badgers along the way and will come across orchid meadows. It is worth seeing the reconstructed Slavic Tempelburg Groß Raden in the nature reserve, the Warnow-Durchbruchstal with its mixed forests on the steep slopes and the Dobbertin and Tempzin monasteries. You can go fishing 50 metres away.
