「No idea who give them 4*
The hotel advertises itself as a 4-star property, but my experience was far from that standard. Housekeeping was poor, the dishes was extremely dirty, most restaurants were either closed or only open until 7:30 PM, and the elevators were old and extremely slow. If this hotel were honestly rated as a 2-star property, I would gladly give it 5 stars for meeting expectations. But when you promise 4-star quality and fail to deliver, the rating has to reflect that.」
