Our kids loved the hot tub, panning for gold and trying to fish, although there weren’t any fish in the pond when we stayed and the fishing supplies could use a bit of updating/repair! 「Great secluded location close to charming downtown Dhalonega and good base for area hiking and sightseeing. Cabin was clean,comfortable and well stocked. Instructions to access cabin were well written and we had no questions or trouble figuring things out. We slept well. We did not use the firepit or hot tub, but we did enjoy the wood fireplace so our family could gather around and the Christmas tree and decorations was a warm surprise as we arrived Christmas day. 「We had a wonderful stay at The Blue Door. It is such a cute house and the artwork is wonderful! The house was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and there was a good supply of essentials. The location was beautiful and we had several great sunsets from the upper deck. Communication with Kim was great and she was very responsive to questions. We highly recommend The Blue Door.」
