“Was told when we arrived there at about 7.15 on Sat. 29 Sept that my Booking was NOT for the 29 and 30 but for 30 and 31. They were totally booked for the 29 and there was nothing that could be done she put me in contact with a motel in Port Douglas at $45 above what the booking .
I was told to cancel the booking, and I would get my money back from the agent.
I will start by getting in contact with the agent.”
