"Globally, we are satisfied - very good price and the comfort. The only point may be the internet is not working all the time but that’s normal in Dakhla, nothing to do with this place. As we were with family and some of us, were old, it was not easy to take all the stairs until the 4th floor. The host was very helpful and available anytime ! That’s very important because no everything can be found on internet ! THANK YOU "

""I had a disappointing stay at this hotel, which failed to live up to its description. The room didn't have a sea view, and the staff refused to upgrade me to a better room without extra charges, despite the hotel being empty. The towels were old and shabby, and I had to request them as they weren't provided in the room. The hair dryer was out of order, and the room phone didn't work. The breakfast was billed as a buffet, but it was just a simple tray of food. On the second day, they apologized for not having oranges. Given the numerous issues, I think this hotel deserves a complaint and compensation for spoiling the stay. I would not recommend it to anyone.""

"West Point Dakhla hotel is exactly as advertised, I booked a bungalow with beach front which was nice, the beach is just a few steps away. The only thing they don’t tell is the staff is amazing, friendly and organized. All of them care for the client’s comfort. The food is ok with the unique Dakhla taste. The installation is safe and well maintained. I didn’t use the tour services, but the airport transfer was great. In case I come back to Dakhla, definitely I will look for this place."

"My family and I had the most wonderful stay at Caravan by Habitas. It was the perfect gettaway to brush off all our London February gloom. We all arrived as zombies and after a glorious week of Sahara sea and sunshine we are leaving totally revitalised! The hotel was perfect: beautifully designed, the food was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere tranquil and calm. But most of all the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, particularly Mahfoud, Nassim and Hamid. All of them went out of their way to go that extra mile for us and were incredibly kind to my children. Habitas is very lucky to have them on their staff. Thank you for everything. We will definitely be coming back. "

"Our weeks stay was so peaceful and relaxing just what we needed. The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble they went above and beyond. The cleaners came every day and were very serviable and discreet. They always left the bungalow spotless and neat. The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere and the food was excellent and the breakfast buffet was amazing. I would definitely recommend La Crique and we would return. Thank you "
