「Our first stay at this location. The staff interaction was excellent. David was very professional and assisted us with great customer service. We could tell he had a very challenging customer on the phone and was staying calm and answered her questions in a pleasant and professional way. Our room was ok. 「Room was clean and fresh. The only complaint was the about sleeping. The mattress was worn out and uncomfortable. Sheets woven and scratchy and pillows Lilly. Very quiet environment with coffee and tea in lobby. The one by the coffee has a machine that provides hot water but it was brown from coffee so needs cleaning. 「For a standard overnight, it met all expectations with it being a clean, quiet facility with the standard hotel breakfast offerings. Where it really stood out was the large pool and the best hotel hot tub I have seen in a long time. Big and hot. Lol. And the jets worked as expected. These days it seems like a pleasant surprise when everything goes the way you expect it to and here, everything was good.」
